Secratary's Message - December 12
Hey Everyone!
This upcoming Browns game will be on Monday night, which is a nationally televised game.
Therefore, we won't have any official event at the City, but they will still be broadcasting the
game. Feel free to show up, but there will not be a raffle.
As a Note: We are looking for volunteers to help out for the 2009 Browns Season.
If you're interested in helping out with the Raffle, PBB organization or would like to serve as an
officer please let me know by responding to this email. [John, Mark & myself will not be returning in the same capacity
next season.]
Thanks!

Secratary's Message - December 5
1.) What a hard game to watch last week. We're now down to Ken Dorsey as starting
QB. [Note: Ken Dorsey has not started an NFL game in 3 years]
2.) K2 is also out, and we've signed Bruce
Gradkowski as a backup. [Note: Joshua Cribbs has been taking snaps in practice...reminds me of the 80's when Brian Brennan
was our 4th backup]
3.) There's a theory floating around about Braylen dropping so many passes: He can't
see so good.
- “I haven’t had my eyes checked, and I don’t think me dropping passes
has anything to do with my eyes,” he said. “I never had eye problems. I’ve always had great vision. We had
an eye test, and I could always see from afar and up close with both eyes.”
So, what is it Braylen?
4.)
One important fact to note: we've improved on defense from the year previous in points allowed. We allowed 382 points
last season and have allowed only 247 this year.
5.) QB Brady Quinn had his broken right index finger
tip surgically repaired on Wednesday in Birmingham, Ala...Alabama? Whaaa?

Secratary's Message - November 21
1.) So, Brady got his first win this past monday. Not a bad game at first, but it
turned out to be luck for us when the Bills missed the last field goal. Interesting how the buzzword surrounding the Browns is 'quit.'
2.) Just a note: Phil Dawson is having a pro-bowl season. He is 22 of 24 on field-goal attempts. The 56-yarder he hit against the Bills to give the Browns
a 29-27 lead with 1:39 left was the longest of his career and the 11th game-winner of his career. History indicates his success
should continue Sunday. He is 14 of 14 on field-goal attempts vs. the Texans
3.) I'm glad we're playing the Texans
this week...the following players may not start:
• RB Jerome Harrison (hamstring)
• Jason Wright (neck)
• S Sean Jones has a sprained ankle and did not practice Wednesday.
• TE Kellen Winslow has a sprained right shoulder and did not practice.
• DE Corey
Williams rested his sore shoulder and did not practice Wednesday.
• DT Shaun Rogers has a nagging shoulder problem and did not practice.
• CB Brandon McDonald was back practicing with the first team. He did not start
against the Bills.
• FB Lawrence Vickers did not practice because he is still hampered by a sprained
ankle.

No Formal Backer Activities for Monday, November 17
Just a note,
Since this game is on national TV, there will NOT be a formal
event at the City. In other words, no raffle. BUT, the game will still be broadcast at the City, and a few of
us will be in attendance if you want to commisserate with fellow browns backers.
Thanks!
Stephen

Secratary's Message - November 14
1.) Now, I couldn't watch last Thursday's game, so I don't know who quit. All I
do know is that everyone is pointing fingers, which doesn't make for a good chemistry.
2.) Brady starts again
this week, and he had a pretty good game last week. Could have been better had Edwards not increased his lead on dropped
passes.
3.) This week, monday night game...again!!
We'll be down at the City...will you?

Stephen Udycz
